Lauren is the founder/owner of 309 Weddings & Productions and has a stellar reputation as a photographer and videographer. She is also a licensed commercial drone operator!

She graduated from Emerson College in 2013 and started building 309 over the years while also working for The Boston Red Sox, Wimbledon, The US Open, and many other well-known companies.

Outside of 309, Lauren is a huge fan of Boston sports, shredding guitar, skiing, and playing/photographing her lovable rescue pup Petey Butter.

PRODUCER | VIDEOGRAPHER | PHOTOGRAPHER

Brooks has been involved with the company since 2013; he started out hauling equipment and assisting on music video shoots, but now, back in Boston after living out West, he is enthusiastically helping with production design on both sides of photography and videography.

Like many others at 309, he is a lover of dogs, the outdoors, skiing, and hiking. On his days off, you can find Brooks on a mountain top or trolling for striped bass in the waters off Scituate, MA.

Marketing Manager | Producer | Photographer

Elli is a creative freelancer specializing in marketing, producing, and photography. At 309 Productions, she supports behind the scenes in marketing and sales, while also bringing her talents to the field as a producer, photographer, and videographer. As a generalist, she thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with teams to bring inspiring stories to life.

When she’s not working on a project, she’s likely traveling, getting lost in a good book, or watching movies—always with chocolate nearby.

VIDEOGRAPHER | STEADICAM OPERATOR

Kevin is a videographer based in Boston who specializes in steadicam, lighting, and multi-camera concerts and events. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music were he majored in Music Production & Engineering. Kevin works a lot in the music industry and it is a passion of his.

Kevin outside of work enjoys biking, he has MATE bike which he rides all around the city. Kevin also runs his own production company, K. Greene Productions.

EDITOR | VIDEOGRAPHER

Steve Salceda is an editor and videographer based in Boston. He enjoys creating engaging short—and long-form storytelling content about brands and individuals. His work can be seen on networks such as ESPN, HBO Sports, and MAX, as well as major league accounts such as the NHL, MLB, and the NFL.

Originally from Wisconsin, Steve has experienced the coldest winters in Michigan and the hottest summers in South Florida. He now lives in Boston with his fiancée and dog, Reo.

PHOTOGRAPHER

Candice Conner is a creative freelance photographer who in addition to photography will support 309 with editing and business behind the scenes. Candice’s work focuses on food, highlighting small businesses, and showcasing the best of the Boston comedy scene.

Originally from Indianapolis and new to the Boston area, Candice fills her free time with comedy, getting lost in art museums, trying new foods, and traveling with her precious miniature dachshund Salvador. Her photos have been published in The Boston Globe, Indianapolis Star, and Edible Magazine.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Jackie is a creative freelancer who supports 309 with creative direction and social media management. Jackie cut her teeth in the financial services and tech world as a marketing professional before branching off on her own.

She is always planning her next travel adventure, loves breakfast food and gin, and can usually be found watching a scary movie or documentary.

VIDEOGRAPHER

Max graduated from Emerson College in 2013 with a BA in Post-Production and minors in Science and Business Studies. A jack-of-all-trades, he has worked alongside Lauren for over a decade, tackling everything from live streams to on-site audio tech with skill and reliability.

An award-winning videographer and die-hard Bruins fan, Max also plays goalie in ice and roller hockey leagues. His passions include aviation, trains, weather, dogs, cars, and Apple products. Whatever the project, you can always count on Max to deliver excellence.

Brendan is a third-year student at Emerson College studying Visual Media Arts and has spent this past summer interning with 309.

He has been passionate about filmmaking and storytelling for as long as he can remember and has a deep appreciation for the creative process that brings stories to life on screen.

Brendan is particularly interested in cinematography and editing but has a love for every aspect of film. Outside of filmmaking, he enjoys basketball, nature, and writing music.

Matt is a Videographer and Photographer based in Boston. Matt is the founder of Matty Creative LLC, where he combines creativity and technical expertise to produce standout video and photo content. From dynamic commercials and social media campaigns to stunning wedding videography, Matt’s work captures the beauty of every story he tells.

Outside of work, Matt loves playing golf, hitting the slopes on his skis/snowboard, and exploring trails on his mountain bike with his GSP Kylo. Whether working with businesses or couples on their big day, Matt brings a blend of professionalism and personality to every project.

OFFICE MANAGER

Petey isn’t just our office manager—he’s the heart and soul of 309 Studios and everyone’s favorite coworker! Known for his friendly demeanor and warm greetings, Petey ensures every visitor feels welcome the moment they walk through our doors!

When he’s not overseeing the office with his impeccable organizational skills, you can find Petey enjoying his favorite activities: long walks at the beach or park, playing with his trusty toy “Sharky,” and soaking up all the love and attention from the team. .

We’re proud to say Petey isn’t just the best office manager—we think he’s the best dog in the world!

VIDEOGRAPHER

Living in the heart of Boston, Armando Valoy brings over 15 years of experience as a cinematographer to 309. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Armando has filmed well over 300 weddings and events across the U.S., his home country, and beyond.

He holds a degree in TV/Film Production from Infotep in Santo Domingo, where he honed his craft in visual storytelling.

For the past five years, Armando has been an essential part of the 309 Productions team, capturing both weddings and corporate events with his signature style and precision.

VIDEOGRAPHER

Nico is a videographer based out of Portsmouth, NH. Since starting his career in video in 2017, he has worked with a number of local and national clients to help bring their stories to life through video.

In addition to commercial work, Nico also spends his time filming weddings and capturing the love stories of numerous couples around New England and beyond.

Rob is a Director of Photography based in Boston. He has shot for companies and organizations such as the National Football League, Netflix, United Nations, Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx, and Fox Sports.

Rob holds an MFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and, when not holding a camera, likes to think he’s a master chef and cheer for the Green Bay Packers.
